Watoto Arts supports the important work of Clowns without Borders

In our quest to make an even bigger difference, we have started an exciting collaboration with Clowns without Borders , an organization dedicated to spreading joy and creating psychosocial support for children in conflict and disaster-affected areas around the world. The collaboration begins on World Laughter Day itself!

Clowns without Borders' work is based on the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child Article 31: Children have the right to play, rest and leisure

With the help of professional clowns, circus performers, actors and musicians, performances, circus and play activities are arranged. This creates a refuge from the hardships of everyday life and a chance for children to just be children again, even in the most challenging circumstances.

Right now, Clowns without Borders works in Ukraine, Palestine (both in Gaza and the West Bank), in India, Brazil, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Sweden and many other places where laughter and faith in the future are needed.

To support this amazing work, 5% of every sale of our dolls will go directly to the work of Clowns Without Borders. This applies to all our soft dolls!
