We at Watoto Arts are proud to support organizations that contribute to the well-being of children in our community.
Here we have collected our current collaborations.
The Hunger Project: We have produced a Siyanda and Abel doll set, which has the embroidery “Love. Nutrition. Rights.” embroidered on the pocket. For every doll sold, SEK 40 goes towards the work of ensuring proper nutrition for children and their families through training and support for small farmers, with a focus on women, in their countries of operation.
Upside Down: The upside down heart is a symbol that speaks of the wearer having an open and accepting attitude towards mental illness. Together with Henrik Wahlström, we have produced two dolls that have the upside-down symbol embroidered on your clothes. For every doll sold, 5% goes to the organization Mind.
