Swedish production with care in every step

In our production facility in Solna, all of our products are designed, sewn, and embroidered from scratch.

Every detail, from the choice of fabric to the embroidery and filling, is crafted with respect for children, people, and the environment.

For us, production is about more than just creating a soft toy. It is about creating something that children can identify with, play with, and return to many times throughout their lives.

Our steps from idea to finished product

Behind every finished product is a meticulous process.

From sketch and fabric selection to embroidery, sewing, filling, and quality control. Every step influences the feel, safety, and expression of the finished product.

1. Idea

Every product begins with the child's needs.

We ask ourselves what the product should provide for the child. Security, recognition, joy, imagination, or a sense of belonging.

To us, a toy should be more than just pretty. It should feel meaningful, withstand play, and be able to become a trusted friend for a long time.

2. Sketch

Once the idea is clear, we begin sketching.

Here, we test form, proportions, and expression. The sketch helps us understand the product's personality before we move on to patterns and the first prototype.

3. Choice of fabric

The material is an important part of the feel. We choose fabrics based on softness, quality, and safety. Our dolls come in several skin tones and are combined with colorful fabrics that give each product its own personality.

4. Sewing and embroidery

The pieces are cut, embroidered, and sewn together step by step. Faces, details, and personal texts are embroidered with precision. The seams must be strong and the shape soft so that the toy can withstand being played with for many years.

5. Filling

The filling affects the product's shape, weight, and feel.

Our dolls can be filled with Swedish wool or recycled polyester. The wool provides a natural and slightly firmer feel, while recycled polyester creates a soft and lightweight product.

We fill and shape them with care until the product has the right balance. It should be soft to hold, while still maintaining its shape.

6. Quality control

Before the product is shipped, it is carefully inspected.

We check the seams, embroidery, shape, and overall quality. The product should feel reliable, soft, and safe for use by children.

The finished toys are tested and approved according to EU regulations for safe toys. They are non-toxic, have approved seams, and are therefore safe from birth.

Created for play, security and belonging

From the first sketch to the final stitch, our products are created with care.

They are made to be played with, hugged, given as gifts, and cherished. For children who should feel safe, seen, and free to be themselves.

For us, every product is more than fabric, thread, and stuffing. It is a small part of a bigger idea: that more children should grow up with toys that reflect them, empower them, and provide a sense of belonging.
